FAQS For Customers Ordering EGG’D Through Delivery Partners:

Simply visit the store locator page, select your preferred platform, and get cracking.

Operating hours will differ by store, please check in with your delivery channel storefront to find these.

Scramble as many or as little EGG’D items into your order.

Yes you can request the removal of ingredients through the notes feature on your delivery partner app, you can also customise your brioche by adding extras (additional costs will apply)

You can track your EGG’D order through your delivery channel platform.

Who doesn’t love a cracking good promo?! We do our best to continuously review our offers and promotions to give you the best cracker deal possible. We always suggest checking in with your local store to see what they’re offering and to follow us on social to find out about any exciting upcoming campaigns.

Pick up is currently only available through your delivery partner, please select pick-up when placing your order to collect at your local store.

For those wanting to become a host operator:

  2. Improved profits – EGG’D is easy, quick and simple to prepare. Your employees are already working so there is no direct labour cost unless you become super busy (great challenge to have!)

EGG’D offers qualifying commercial kitchens the opportunity to make incremental sales from their already successful kitchen. To find out more please refer to our ‘Get Cracking’ page.

The initial criteria is provided on our ‘Get Cracking’ page. Once we receive your enquiry we will be in touch to arrange a site visit and interview.

Once qualified and accepted, our experienced team will provide all the initial training, authorised ingredient lists, order processes, ongoing training and central support for both customers and operators.

Royalty – 6% net sales
Marketing – 2% net sales

We are already in many locations but there are still territories where our hungry fans can’t get EGG’D – if you can help them out then check out the territories available on the drop down menu on the ‘Get Cracking’ page

EGG’D offers a proven, consistent set menu that is available on all major delivery partners.
Alternative suppliers can be requested however subject to our approval.

Marketing materials, such as brand guidelines, and promotional support will be available once your approval to operate is signed off.
